DAY 1:
KAMPALA – MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK.

Depart Kampala early in the morning. Your driver-guide will brief you on the day’s program shortly before the start of a 6-hour drive to Murchison Falls National Park. Have a stopover at Kabalega dinners for breakfast. After continuing the drive to Murchison Falls National Park Via Karuma. Arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. Relax at the lodge and later in the evening around 4:30pm, you will go for an evening game drive.  Dinner and overnight at Park Side Safari Lodge.

DAY 2:
GAME DRIVE  AND BOAT TRIP 

Arise very early in the morning at 4:30 am have breakfast and depart at around 5:30 am for your early morning game drive on the northern bank of the River Nile in your open-roof vehicle which will give you an excellent opportunity to view and photograph the diverse wildlife. Your guide will help you spot elephant, lion, cape buffalo, Roth child’s giraffe, hartebeest, waterbuck, oribi, bushbuck, bohor reedbuck, hyena and if you are lucky, the leopard. Return to the lodge at 12:00 pm for lunch.

After lunch, go for a boat cruise at 2:30 pm upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping just a few meters from the ‘Devil’s Cauldron’, marvel at the schools of hippos, crocodiles and over the 17km stretch you may see elephant, waterbuck and Uganda Kob. This is also the zone of many birds, species like goliath heron, Egyptian goose, pelican bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant, and the rare shoebill stork. Later, return to your lodge and relax in the evening. Dinner and overnight at  Park Side Safari Lodge.

DAY 3:
TOP OF THE FALLS – KAMPALA.

Breakfast at 4.45 am, depart the lodge at 5.30 am Early Game drive, at 10.00 am cross over with the ferry and drive to the top of the falls stopping at the top of the falls which is a fantastic sight. Here the Nile, the longest river in the world, is forced through a narrow gap in the rock (only 7 meters wide), before ferociously plunging down into a frothing pool 43m below. Enjoy the fascinating sites and later Proceed to Kampala through Budongo forest where you will come across a congress of playful anticipating baboons along the road. They grapple about in anticipation as some shy away into the thick Budongo Forest. Depart the park for Kampala with a stopover for lunch at Kabalega dinners. Arrive in Kampala in the evening.
