Tour Plan
Upon arrival at Arusha or Kilimanjaro international airport, you will be warmly greeted by your driver guide, after short introduction you will be offered bottles of mineral water followed by a private transfer to Arusha Planet Lodge in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Depending on your arrival time, you will have good opportunity to explore the lodge`s/hotel`s surroundings. Meal Plan: Bed, and Breakfast Included.
In the early morning and after breakfast, leave your lodge/hotel for a drive to Serengeti national park via the "eighth wonder of the world", popular Known as the Ngorongoro Conservation area. Your driver guide shall be stopping in some if the beautiful views overlooking the crater for viewing and sightseeing. Animals like Giraffes, Elephants, Wildebeests, Gazelles, Zebras, Lions, and Buffaloes may be revealed in Ngorongoro. On your way, you can opt to visit one the Maasai boma in Ngorongoro for a short but authentic Maasai Cultural tour. On crossing the border, picnic lunches will be served to you followed by game drives en route to Tanzania Bush Camp for dinner and overnight.

We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. Your guide will discuss with you the best timing for you, including the game drives and the wake up time. For example, you may opt to do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive, or you could do a full day game drive with picnic lunches. The Serengeti Park derived its name from Maasai Language meaning endless plain. This massive plain (14763sq km) is home to many animals including Lions, Elephants, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra, Leopard, and Cheetah, baboon, warthogs, Hyena plus lots of bird life. In many cases migration is taking place around Serengeti and at that particular time millions of wildebeest and zebra are mingling together followed by predators. Every day is a new day in Serengeti with different amazing series of events. After breakfast, you will leave the camp with your packed lunches for another memorable day towards the Ngorongoro conservation area. On this day still, you will have a great opportunity to explore the Serengeti ecosystem with the great possibility to spot any other animals that you did not see in your first days. Lunchboxes shall be served to you at the picnic point followed by a further game drive to the famous Ndutu plains in the Ngorongoro area for dinner and overnight at Ndutu Heritage Tented Camp.

Your chance to see the wildebeest migration across the Ndutu plain is high. This season, the wildebeest migration is on its move around the Ndutu plains and in the north of the Ngorongoro Conservation area. In January – February, and March the plains are fully occupied by millions of wildebeest and zebra cows with their new calves born in a short window around February. Gradually, they spread across these plains to the west, and then around April, they begin their long northward migration to Maasai Mara in Kenya through central and western Serengeti. As long as you keep your eyes open, it is uncommon to spot a pride of Lions feeding on buffalo kill or Cheetah demonstrating hunting techniques to her cubs and Vultures competing on a wildebeest carcass. Other animals inhabiting this paradise are Impala, Giraffes, Hyenas, Warthogs, and hundreds of bird species. Dinner and overnight at Ndutu Heritage Tented Camp.

Early in morning and after breakfast, leave the camp with your packed lunches ready for another exciting day. Today your expert safari guide will lead you into the Ngorongoro crater for a wonderful game drives. The Ngoro Ngoro crater is the 8th wonder of the Natural World, spreading over 102 sq. miles and has 2.000 ft high walls, making it virtually a Noah's ark like, it is inhabited by almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa including the rare and endangered black rhinos, other animals that can be revealed on your game drives are Elands, Lions, Waterbucks, Wildebeests, Hyenas, jackals, African Elephants, Buffaloes, Secretive leopards, Cheetahs, hippos and many more alongside hundreds of bird species eg. Maasai Ostrich, Kori bustard, Ibis, Starlings etc. Lunchboxes shall be served to you at the picnic point inside the crater. Later ascend the crater walls and drive further to Lake Manyara for dinner, and overnight at Nsya Lodge. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Included.
As the morning sun rises, embark on an exciting drive from the lodge to Lake Manyara National Park, where a thrilling wildlife safari awaits. Enveloped in lush greenery and bordered by the Great Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara is a haven for diverse wildlife and a paradise for bird enthusiasts. As you enter the park, keep your camera ready to capture the enchanting sights of graceful giraffes, herds of elephants, and playful baboons roaming freely in their natural habitat. The park's dense woodlands and open grassy plains are home to a plethora of wildlife, including zebras, wildebeests, impalas, and more. The park is also renowned for its incredible birdlife, with over 400 species calling this area home. Keep your binoculars handy to spot vibrant flamingos wading in the shallow waters, majestic eagles soaring high above, and colorful bee-eaters darting through the air. Venture deeper into the park to discover the mesmerizing landscapes, including the famous tree-climbing lions, a unique behavior that has intrigued wildlife enthusiasts for generations. Later after game drives, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight departure back home.

With the exception of transfers from the airport to the particular destinations, all Biko trips include all transportation costs and arrangements within the destination country. This includes all transfers and the equipment for all activities listed.

Cancellation of a booking or failure to join a tour will result in a retention of funds by Biko Tours. as follows: Upon receipt of written cancellation by any member of the tour indicated on this reservation 30 days or longer prior to departure, 20% of the reservation of the canceling party will be retained by Biko Tours and the balance of the package price refunded. If a cancellation is received at least 14 days and up to 29 days prior to departure, 50% of the package price will be retained by Biko Tours Inc. If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to departure, 100% of the total package price will be retained by Biko Tours Inc. and all outstanding payment will become payable immediately. Should the canceling party be able to find a replacement for themselves no less than 14 days prior to departure and the replacement completes this booking form individually, no retention of funds will take place. However, should no replacement be found by 14 days prior to departure, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply to the canceling party. Biko Tours Inc. and its agents reserve the right to terminate, at their discretion and with immediate effect, the participation of any person on the tour.

- All United States Passport holders are required to pay US$100.00 for the purpose of obtaining an ordinary VISA.
